During a routine inspection

People who used the service were given appropriate information and support regarding their care or treatment. Everyone we spoke with said they were happy with the way the agency provided support and that the carers were sensitive to their individual needs. One person told us they had been involved in planning their support/care package and this had been tailored to meet their needs. The agency was described as 'reliable' and that the staff were 'good people.' One person told us, they were a 'flexible and caring service.'

People's needs were assessed and their care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual care plans. One person told us their care worker did 'everything I need her to do to make sure I am alright.' Another person told us; 'I couldn't get anybody better to look after me, they do it properly."

People we spoke with told us they liked the staff providing their care, one person told us that staff were 'more than kind.'
