During a routine inspection

When we visited the practice we saw that the reception area was well maintained and had information readily available for people to read about the practice and the treatments available to them. We saw that the reception staff were available to assist people and that senior staff were having discussions with people while they were waiting to be seen about different products and gaining feedback from people about products they had been provided with in the past. We were told that the practice was a 'really intimate and friendly practice'. Staff told us that the practice had 'lovely patients' and that the dentist was 'very supportive' and provided people with the training they needed so they could easily answer peoples questions and did not have to refer them to the dentist.
