During a routine inspection

We spoke with two people who used the service and two relatives. They told us they were very happy with the care and support they received. One person said "the staff are very helpful". Another person told us "they look after my relative very well". Always Take Care provide live in carers to people in their own homes throughout England. We found that the management team were extremely well organised. Care needs were assessed and care was planned and delivered to meet people's individual needs.

We spoke with three members of staff. They told us they were very well supported and had received all the training they required. The provider closely monitored the quality of service provision. Changes were made to reflect changing needs or as soon as risk was identified. The views of people who used the service and or their relatives were taken into account.

During a routine inspection

We spoke with two people who used the service. People said they were very satisfied with the service they received. One person said their carer was 'like one of the family'. Another told us 'the carers are splendid and cannot be faulted'. People told us they could contact the agency at any time and they would quickly resolve any issues. Staff told us they were well supported and received all the training they required. The provider actively sought feedback from people who used the service and used the information to make improvements.
