During a routine inspection
People we spoke with were complimentary about everyone who worked at the practice and said they were treated with respect. They told us their confidentiality and privacy were always maintained. One person said, "It's a very friendly practice." Another person said, "They are very professional. I have no concerns."
People's needs were assessed and care and support was planned and delivered in line with their treatment plan. Staff told us the practice provided a very good service. They said they did not have any concerns but would report any issues to the provider and were confident they would be dealt with appropriately and promptly.
People were cared for, or supported by, suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff.
The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of the service that people received. Some additional information should be obtained to help ensure correct safeguarding procedures are followed. Some of the provider's other procedures should be updated to help ensure operational systems are implemented.
