During a routine inspection
All the people we spoke with said they were given options about treatment and had signed treatment forms. All said they were treated respectfully. We observed friendly relations between patients and the dentist during our visit.
We saw that records about people and their treatment were clear and well ordered and we saw that relevant infection control checks had been made and recorded. The dental treatment room, decontamination room and reception looked and smelt clean. We saw that staff were supported to take up training and that a range of audits and quality checks had been carried out.
