During a routine inspection
People who use the service understood the care and treatment choices available to them. People who use the service confirmed that staff explained everything to them in a way that they could understand. Staff told us that non- English speaking patients usually brought their own interpreter but they could also arrange for interpretation services for them if required.
People's diversity, values and human rights were respected. All consultations took place in private and the dentist was always assisted by a dental nurse. Patients could also bring a chaperone with them if required and there was step free access to the clinic.
