Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

a. The registered provider must not provide the regulated activity of personal care to any new or returning service users from location Dignity Direct Homecare Limited C202-C203, Meridian Trading Estate 20 Bugsby's Way London SE7 7SF without the prior written agreement of the Care Quality Commission.
b. The registered person must undertake monthly audits of the service and send a written report to the Care Quality Commission which includes:
i. The outcome of the audits, including assessment of care workers knowledge, skills and their competency and any action taken as a result.
ii. Details of real-time call monitoring audits and the action taken in response.
iii. The action taken to meet breaches of regulations. We require updates on the improvements made to be submitted on the first Monday of each month.
