Date of Assessment: 2 June 2025 to 6 June 2025. The service is a domiciliary care agency providing personal care to adults of all ages living with Learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder, dementia and mental health conditions. This assessment was completed to identify if the required improvements had been made following a previous inspection.
People received safe care that was based on their individual needs. People and those important to them were involved with this process. People were protected from potential abuse as procedures were in place and followed. Infection control was considered. Medicines were managed safely. The principles of the Mental Capacity Act were understood.
People were treated in a kind and caring way by staff they felt comfortable. Staff had the skills and knowledge to support people and deliver care at the times people needed it.
There were systems in place to monitor quality of the service. Staff felt listened to and involved with the service.
