During a routine inspection

We spoke to two patients who were complimentary about the practice. They felt that they were treated with respect and dignity. They told us that they were informed about the choices, costs, alternatives and possible outcomes of their treatment. Thus they felt they were treated in a professional manner.

One patient told us "I have never come across a dentist who is so thorough" and another said "He puts such good care into everything he does". Both patients felt they were treated with kindness and understanding. They also felt the practice was clean and comfortable and that they had sufficient privacy. We found that the patients had total trust in the clinician and staff.

We saw comments from the suggestion box which said "We are very happy with the service" and "Very happy -- with thanks"

We found the practice to be friendly, welcoming and informative. We saw that patients were listened to in all areas of their clinical needs and that the nurse/receptionist was equally very supportive and understanding. Patients were enabled to make informed decisions about their treatment and the practice was well led and well organised.
