During a routine inspection
People received good quality care from staff who understood their needs and knew them well. Staff felt they were supported and were clear about their roles and responsibilities.

We spoke to four relatives of people using the service and they advised us that they were completely satisfied with the care and with the communication they had had with Fenland Premier Care.
