During a routine inspection

Everyone we spoke with was very happy with the care they received. One person said, "The girl I get is excellent." Another person said, "Brilliant. They are on time and very flexible."

People received good quality care from staff who understood their needs and knew them well. Staff felt they were supported and were clear about their roles and responsibilities.

During a routine inspection

We spoke with ten people who used the service and they each advised us they were satisfied with the service and with their care arrangements. Comments people made included: "I cannot fault the care", "They are really good, they treat me with dignity and respect", 'I am satisfied in every respect" and "The staff are very fine".

We spoke to four relatives of people using the service and they advised us that they were completely satisfied with the care and with the communication they had had with Fenland Premier Care.
