During a routine inspection
Staff told us that they had received the training that they need and that there was more training to come.
Staff said there had not been any complaints about the service.
People using the service told us they knew who to contact should they have any concerns or complaints.
People told us that the staff were good and they helped them 'get sorted'. A relative told us that the member of staff allocated was the 'best one he'd ever had'
