During an inspection looking at part of the service

The purpose of this review was to check on the care and welfare of people using this service.We were unable to contact the service by telephone, email or letter. We spoke to the manager of the office block where the service was registered but were told that the company had moved at least six months ago and no longer had offices there. The letter we sent to the provider was returned to us unopened. We have also found that the company is no longer registered with Companies House. The provider has not paid their fees and we are curently issuing a Notice of Proposal to cancel the company and manager's registration with us.
