During a routine inspection
We looked at five people's records and saw that they included up to date medical history forms. We spoke with three people who used the service who were all positive about the care they received. One person told us, "It's always been a good experience.'
Staff had attended safeguarding children and adults from abuse training. We spoke with three staff members who were aware of the procedure that should be followed if they had a concern about a person's safety or welfare.
The service had effective systems in place for ensuring standards of cleanliness and infection control were maintained.
Staff felt supported and received regular supervision from the provider. Staff maintained their clinical professional development with the service's support. One staff member told us, "[The provider] is very approachable."
