During a routine inspection

During our inspection we spoke with four people using the service and three staff. People told us they were treated with consideration and respect. They said that the dentist provided a clear explanation of the treatment options available, the costs and the risks involved. Comments we received included "we get on very well with all of them, they are very pleasant and kind' and 'Mr Hyman explains everything to you".

Effective systems were in place to manage infection control and prevention. People told us the practice was clean and hygienic.

People said they had no complaints or concerns and that they would be confident to raise any concerns if they had any with the dentist.
