During an inspection in response to concerns
People told us that the care was delivered as planned and the service they received met their expectations. They also commented about the service being flexible and responsive to any changes in their needs.
People told us the staff who provided their care and support acted appropriately and respectfully and understood their needs. They described the managers and staff as 'friendly, approachable, helpful and caring'.
They said that they were able to raise any issues or concerns and the agency responded appropriately. There was always someone available who they could contact and the agency kept in touch with them about any changes to the service.
