Our overall rating of safe at Practice Plus Group Hospital Southampton has remained good.

Staff generally provided safe care and treatment. Staff understood their safeguarding responsibilities, managed environmental risks, followed established pathways and monitored infection risks to support patient safety. However, we identified some areas for improvement. Learning from significant risks was not always consistently shared across staff groups, and some safety-critical training, risk management and medicines processes were not always completed in line with local requirements.
