During a routine inspection
People's needs were assessed and a detailed medical history was taken from each person and discussed prior to treatment. Care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual treatment plan. People told us their treatment, any related risks and the costs were explained. One person we spoke with said, "the dentist gives me the options and lets me think about it. They will tell you everything including the costs before treatment."
The practice and treatment areas were clean and hygienic. There were effective infection control procedures in place.
Staff received suitable training and were registered with their professional bodies. People told us they were confident the staff were trained and had the appropriate skills to do their job.
People told us if they had any concerns or complaints they thought it would be dealt with promptly and effectively
