During a routine inspection

We were unable to speak with people who used this service as part of our inspection, which took place at the provider's operational base. However, people's records showed that they were consulted about their care and treatment. We could see that the provider had effective arrangements in place to monitor the quality and safety of the service, which was also subject to independent scrutiny by contractors.

Staff supported people to make informed decisions about their care. Care, treatment and advice was planned and delivered according to people's individual needs. Risks to people's safety were identified and assessed. Staff took action to manage these risks effectively. Arrangements were in place to protect people, staff and members of the public from being exposed to infections.
