We carried out this announced inspection on 6 June 2025.
We found the practice had met regulations.
Infection control procedures in place were effective.
The practice had effective systems to identify and manage risks.
Recruitment procedures reflected current legislation and there was effective leadership and a culture of continuous improvement.
Patients’ care and treatment was provided in line with current guidance.
Patients were treated with dignity and respect and at the time of our inspection, could access care, support and treatment when required.
The practice is in Hendon, in the London Borough of Barnet, and provides private endodontic treatment for adults on a referral only basis.
There was a small step leading into the practice, so it was not accessible to all wheelchair users. Patients were informed of this when contacting the practice and could be signposted to another practice which was accessible to wheelchair users. Onsite parking and public transport services were available near the practice.
There was step-free access to the practice and car parking spaces available, including dedicated parking for disabled people, near the practice.
The practice had 1 treatment room.At the time of our inspection, there was a total of 2 staff members: 1 dentist and 1 qualified dental nurse. We gathered feedback from staff and spoke to both staff during our inspection.
