During a routine inspection

We were unable to speak to people using the service on this occasion. We have therefore used the results of the provider's patient survey to assist us in making our judgements about the service. People rated the service highly and all of the respondents were satisfied or very satisfied the care and treatment provided.

People gave consent for their care and treatment. There were processes in place to ensure an assessment of people's capacity to give consent was carried out in accordance with legislation. People's needs were assessed and care and treatment was planned and delivered in line with their individual treatment plan. Arrangements were in place to deal with emergencies.

People's medical and personal records were readily available and stored securely.

During a routine inspection

We did not speak with people using the service on this occasion. However, the most recent feedback results indicated that people using the service were treated with respect and dignity and were given adequate information about their treatment. The majority of people using the service had also fed back that they were satisfied with the service provided.
