During a routine inspection

We found from reading patient comments that people were satisfied with their experience of using the service. They reported that staff were helpful and explained their treatment to them. They thought they were well looked after. A few people felt the waiting time was long. We found that information was provided to people about their treatment, sedation and aftercare. People were treated in privacy. Parents were able to stay with child patients to support them before and after their treatment. The clinic was clean and hygienic and complied with recommended infection control standards.
