During a routine inspection

People were very satisfied with their experience of using the service. They reported that staff were caring and easy to talk with. Comments made included "the dentist is really good and looks after my teeth" and "I have so much more confidence in coming to the dentist, all of the staff are fantastic". The dentists explained the consultation procedure, which treatment would be most effective and reasons why they thought so. People felt that they were treated with dignity and respect and said that they had received consultations and treatment in private.
