During a routine inspection
We walked around the practice and saw all areas were bright, clean and tidy. Information relating to oral hygiene was available and a variety of oral health products were available to buy.
We spoke with patients who told us that consultations were thorough and proposed treatments discussed in detail. Patients were able to discuss their treatment options in private in one of the surgeries.
We saw that staff training in relation to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults had been provided. We saw the continuing professional development files for two dental nurses that showed knowledge and skills were regularly updated.
