During a routine inspection

Although we did not speak to any patients as part of this review, we saw the results of the most recent patient questionnaire that were compiled in March 2012. Everyone who responded said they received good or excellent care from their dentist. Everyone rated the manner of staff and their ability to deal with problems as good or very good, and the same results were given to the efficiency and appearance of staff.

All the patients who responded said they were 100% happy with the staff and had never had cause for complaint, and everyone was pleased with the standard of the premises.
