During an inspection looking at part of the service

We spoke with the dentist who was able to provide evidence of action taken to ensure medical history information was obtained from patients.

We were able to review staff files which contained records of training undertaken and individual personal development plans.

13 December 2012

During a routine inspection

During our inspection of this service, we were able to speak with three people who told us that they were very satisfied with the quality of services provided. Staff put them at ease, explained the care and treatment required including costs in order for each of them to make informed choices. They were treated with respect; staff were polite, professional and friendly. Two people told us that the staff knew them very well and they had been attending the practice for a number of years.
