During a routine inspection

People we spoke with and evidence we seen showed that consent was sought prior to treatment taking place. People told us that their opinions about treatment were listened to by the dentist. People told us that their treatment plan was clear and easy to understand and that the dentist answered any questions they had.

The practice had an effective system in place to prevent, detect and control the spread of infection.

The practice had recruitment process in place which included checks to ensure that staff registered with the relevant professional bodies and that staff had undergone CRB checks.

The practice had a complaints policy and procedure in place.
