During a routine inspection
We observed patients' being treated with dignity and respect during our visit. One patient said, 'They are like friends.'
We saw a copy of the information given to patients' when they attended an appointment and consultation. Staff told us that each new patient receives a copy of the practice brochure and a breakdown of the cost of their treatment.
The practice was clean and tidy. We observed staff wearing the correct professional protective equipment when giving treatment.
