During a routine inspection
We found that the practice was clean and operated safe decontamination procedures in line with government guidance. People told us that they felt reassured by the level of cleanliness in the practice.
People said they were treated with respect by staff that were 'friendly' and 'kind'.
There was an effective quality monitoring system in place so that the provider could identify areas for improvement and act on them.
