During a routine inspection
People told us they were satisfied with the care and treatment they received at the practice. They told us the staff were always respectful, and during their treatment they never felt rushed. When we asked if it was a good service they all said 'yes' Two described it as 'excellent'.
We found people received care and treatment in a clean environment with infection control measures in place to minimise the risk of infection. People we spoke with told us the surgeries and receptions were always clean and tidy.
People were asked for their views about their care and treatment and were informed of how to make any concerns or complaints.
