During a routine inspection

People who use the service told us that they were happy with the services provided at the clinic. They felt they were given enough information about their treatment options and the associated costs and all their questions were answered in a professional way by the staff.

People we spoke with felt involved in their care and said that staff were friendly and helpful. We saw good interactions between people that use the service and staff. People felt safe at the practice and had their privacy and dignity respected and maintained by staff at all times.
