People's experience of the service

Updated 6 January 2026

On the day of our inspection, we reviewed patient feedback routinely collected by the practice. Patient feedback generally provided a positive view of the dental team and care provided by the practice. The provider responded to negative feedback professionally and empathically and used feedback to improve the practice.

Comments included,” As I fear dentists I was delighted at how I was put at ease by all the staff from the receptionist when I went in to the dentist herself. I was consulted about my treatment and had input on my treatment plan,” and “The staff and the dentist were all very friendly and helpful and good at their jobs, excellent practice.”

The practice shared patient feedback with the team. We were told this was reviewed and where suggestions had been made, appropriate action would be taken.
