During a routine inspection

The people who used the service said they were very happy with the treatments they received. They said they understood the treatment choices available to them and they had been fully involved in their treatment plan. They described the staff as courteous and professional and had no concerns to raise about the standard of hygiene in the surgery.

One person said, 'The dentist is very good. I ask lots of questions and he explains everything very well. I always give my consent to any treatment.' Another person told us, 'The staff are all very friendly. The dentist is very good and very patient.

People we spoke with said they received an efficient service. One person said, 'The service is excellent, I have no complaints. All of the staff are very friendly and professional.' Another person told us, 'I have always received an excellent service.'

Staff were trained on how to safeguard children and adults from abuse and harm.

Arrangements were in place to deal with emergencies. Staff were trained in life saving skills and emergency equipment, including oxygen and emergency drugs was located in the surgery.
