During a routine inspection
People told us that they were very happy with the treatments provided by the dentist. People told us that treatments were always explained clearly to them. One person told us 'Appointments are always on time and I am more than happy with everything here.'
People we spoke with told us that they felt safe when attending the practice for treatment. One person told us 'I have never had any concerns. Staff are skilled and I am always treated very well.'
People said that the practice was clean. One person told us ' The practice is always clean and comfortable. The surgeries are spotless.'
People we spoke with told us that staff were knowledgeable and skilled. One person told us 'From receptionists to dentists they are all wonderful and great at their jobs.'
People we spoke with told us that they were very satisfied with the service and treatment they received at the dental practice. People said that they always had the opportunity to discuss any questions, worries or to make suggestions and that these were always welcomed and acted upon.
