We have now been provided with records that show that this equipment has been checked and has passed the required maintenance tests.The provider has now supplied a new employee recruitment policy and future employees will be subject to it.

During a routine inspection

When we inspected Mill Dental practice we were told that around a year ago it had relocated from premises elsewhere in Nantwich. Both the people who used the service and staff commented on the improvement that this had made to the service which was provided for example in terms of cleanliness and access to the building.

We saw that this change of building had provided the opportunity for new fittings, that the practice was very modern, and saw that much of the equipment was new or very recently acquired.

People we spoke to were all positive about the care and treatment they received - 'I like it ' it's the right atmosphere for a dentist.' I'm happy with the treatment provided ' I wouldn't be here otherwise'.
