During an assessment under our new approach

We carried out this announced on-site inspection on 17 December 2025.

We found the practice had met regulations.

The practice had effective systems to identify and manage risks, including infection prevention and control.

Staff had the skills, knowledge and experience to carry out their roles.

Recruitment procedures reflected current legislation and there was effective leadership and a culture of continuous improvement.

Staff provided care and treatment in line with current guidance. They treated patients with dignity and respect and ensured access to care, support, and treatment when required.

Oral Implants Limited is in Northwich, Cheshire West and provides private dental care and treatment for adults and children. The practice is known locally as Dentist@29 Northwich.

Due to the nature of the building, there was no step-free access to the practice. However, car parking spaces, including dedicated parking for disabled people, were available near the practice.

The practice had 2 treatment rooms. The total number of staff was 8. We gathered feedback from staff and spoke to a range of staff during our inspection, including 1 dentist, 2 dental nurses, 1 dental nurse who was also the receptionist and the practice manager.

During a routine inspection

We spoke with three patients, two of whom had been visiting the practice for many years. They told us staff were helpful and always treated them respectfully. They said they were very happy with the practice and did not have any concerns or issues about the treatment they received.

There was evidence that the provider sought the views of people using the service and acted upon them.

We saw the practice was clean and there were effective systems in place to prevent and control infection and deal with medical emergencies.

The practice had satisfactory policies and procedures in place for safeguarding children and vulnerable adults from abuse. These included thorough checks on staff prior to employment.
