During a routine inspection
All of the people we spoke with were happy with the dental treatment they received. One person we spoke with told us, " Everyone here is so friendly, they do everything they can to put me at my ease". Another person we spoke with told us, "The dental treatment I've received has been excellent, I have no complaints at all".
People experienced care, treatment and support that met their needs and protected their rights.
People were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed. People were cared for in a clean, hygienic environment.
People were cared for by staff who were supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard.
The provider had an effective system in place to identify, assess and manage risks to the health, safety and welfare of people using the service and others.
