During an inspection looking at part of the service
At our August visit, we spoke with three people who used the service. All three told us they felt all Eddymed staff members were skilled and able to do their job. All three people told us the provider had assured them staff had the correct qualifications and background checks to perform their duties. However, other evidence at that time did not support this.
None of the three had ever had to make a complaint but all felt they would be comfortable to do so. No one we spoke with had been asked to complete a satisfaction survey by the provider. No one was aware of any quality monitoring carried out by the provider.
