During an inspection looking at part of the service

This follow-up review was carried out in order to assess the providers compliance with

safeguarding people against the risk of abuse.

We did not visit the service in order to carry out this review and so did not speak to the service users or staff at the practice.

During a routine inspection

We spoke to three people using the service, and their relatives, who were very happy with the care and treatment they received. None of the people we spoke to had any concerns about the cleanliness of the practice and they told us the staff were very polite and helpful.

We spoke to three patients and the adult consenting to the treatment. One told us they had received, 'brilliant care. We've had no problems at all.'

All of the people using the service reported that they had felt well informed about their course of treatment and that the practice was run well. One relative of a patient stated that, 'we haven't ever had to wait for an appointment. They're generally very good.'
