During a routine inspection

We spoke with six patients who told us that they were happy with the service provided. Patients told us they were very satisfied with the practice. They said they never had to wait long for appointments and that appropriate arrangements were in place to deal with emergencies. One patient we spoke to said �This really is a fabulous practice. Our whole family use the service and they are always accommodating".

Patients said their treatment plans were always explained and discussed with them, including choices about treatment and costs.

The surgery was observed to be clean and tidy and there were systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection.

Staff knew how to keep vulnerable people safe. A dental nurse told us, "There is a safeguarding folder in the reception with the instructions to follow if we suspect any abuse".

We looked at policies and procedures across the practice and saw that the service was monitored and assessed.
