During a routine inspection

The people we spoke with during our visit, told us that this was a friendly practice. They said that their appointments were on time and that the dental staff gave them the opportunity to ask questions about their treatments and procedures. People confirmed that they were informed about their treatment. They mentioned that they were made aware of the options available and costs prior to their treatment commencing.
