During a routine inspection
Consultations took place in private rooms to ensure privacy and maintain confidentiality. Patients were able to make comments about their experience via satisfaction surveys which were on going following treatments. Patients we spoke with said that they were always treated with respect. They told us : 'I always know whats going on and treatments are always explained well'.
Treatments records were electronic and we sampled 5 patient records. We saw that patients completed a health declaration prior to any consultation with the dentist and before commencing any treatment.
