During a routine inspection

We spoke with five people to find out their opinion of the service provided by the practice. They were complimentary about the service they received. People said their privacy and dignity was always respected. Comments included, "They are very polite and helpful," "Everything is very good and staff are courteous" and "All the options and costs were discussed with me."

People we spoke with made positive comments about the treatment they received. They said their treatment and procedure had been explained to them at each stage. Comments included, "They always make me feel at ease" and "I have every confidence in them."

We found the premises were clean and hygienic and the staff were fully aware of the procedures to follow to maintain this. People said they always found the practice clean and hygienic.

We found people were cared for by staff who were trained and supported to carry out their role in a competent manner. The people we spoke with told us that they felt confident staff were well trained to meet their needs.

Our findings of compliance for all essential standards that we inspected, indicated that the quality auditing of the service was sufficient to protect the health, safety and welfare of the people who used it. People were positive about the quality of the service they received.
