During a routine inspection
The young people using the service told us they were satisfied with the treatment they had received and the way it was provided. They told us, 'They (the dentist) want the best for you and your teeth'. Another person we spoke with said they had been coming here for several years, that their options and costs were always explained and they were 'very happy' with their treatments.
The practice is based on two floors, with the main surgery on the ground floor. The reception area was bright, information leaflets were available and there was sufficient space, which meant people's privacy was respected.
The premises and equipment were clean and well maintained, staff appropriately trained and qualified and records held securely.
