During a routine inspection
They did not comment on the practice infection control systems but did say they thought the practice was kept clean, tidy and was well maintained. They thought there were enough staff who met their needs in a friendly, helpful and competent way. They were also aware of the complaints procedure a copy of which was in the reception area. The records we saw were clear, easily accessible and up to date. The equipment was regularly maintained by qualified engineers, the practice kept clean and clear infection control procedures followed.
