During a routine inspection
One person told us "the service was very good and can be fitted in at short notice". They told us that the work carried out was to a very high standard. They also said that the dentist and his team were very approachable, friendly and put them at ease. Another person informed us that they had been visiting the practice for 28 years and were more than happy with the treatment they received. They told us "the surgery was always kept clean and spotless and the staff are always professional".
The three members of staff we spoke with all told us how much they enjoyed working in the Practice, which contributed to them staying so long in post. They all said that they were part of the team and were able to contribute ideas to improve the practice.
We found that the Practice was well established with a staff team who had been together for a long time. People were treated with respect and dignity when they were in the reception and undertaking treatments or being assessed. The equipment was modern, well maintained and kept clean.
Treatments were well planned with clear explanations of costs involved.
