During a routine inspection
'The service provides excellent care'.
And
'Just to show our appreciation of your help which has made so much difference to our lives'.
We spoke with two relatives who act on behalf on people who use the service. One said,' The service is brilliant. The carers are very good; they are like part of the family. We would like the same carers to attend all the time but we know this can not always happen. They arrive on time but can also work flexible hours to suit our needs'.
Another said, 'The carers are very good and helpful. I have peace of mind knowing they are there. They arrive on time on do their job efficiently. We have no complaints'.
