During a routine inspection

Patients told us that they liked using the clinic. They found staff to be friendly and helpful. They felt involved in their own care and felt they were given enough information about their care, treatment and fees to be able to make a decision. Patients felt treated with respect. They told us that the clinic had a calm relaxed atmosphere and they never felt hurried.

Patients told us the clinic was clean.
