During a routine inspection

People who used this service told us that the staff were exceptional. They felt very supported and quickly built and trust with both the staff and other people who used this service. People were encouraged to be involved at every stage of their treatment and care and support was regularly reviewed. We were shown the different programmes of both group therapy and one too one sessions. People told us that these sessions really helped them focus on positive thoughts and supported them to complete the programme of rehabilitation. People said that they were there because they had an addiction and had chosen the path to recovery. We observed people coming and going as they pleased and there were no restictions in place other than during the first few days of recovery people were asked not to leave the grounds of service on their own. This was to protect them during a time of extreme vulnerability.
