During a routine inspection

We spoke with people who used the service and one person told us that the provider offered a good range of services at Orchid Dental Centre and this was the reason they had recently joined the practice. One person told us they understood what the dentist told them and felt that everything was quite clear.

We found appropriate systems were in place related to all of the outcomes we inspected.
