During a routine inspection

We spoke with four people using the service. They were all satisfied with the service they had received. One person told us: 'I think it's excellent. They're very professional. It really stands out.' Others told us staff: "Talk you through things ' very good.' and were: 'Extremely reassuring and very kind; the best service and the friendliest people.' People told us they felt very much involved in decisions about their treatment.

They all thought the clinic and treatment rooms were clean. They told us that dental staff used disposable gloves, aprons and eyewear appropriately, to control the spread of infection.
